The Lung Transplant Support Organization (501(c)3) accepts donations of gift cards for such items as gas or groceries. Supplies such as masks, gloves, antibacterial wipes and gel are greatly appreciated and always needed. Also needed are travel size personal care items including shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. New travel pillows and blankets are used by both transplant candidates and caregivers. Gently used books, playing cards, games portable DVD players, netbooks, tablets and DVDs help pass the time during long waiting periods. Pulse oximeters and blood sugar test devices help defray medical costs associated with transplants. Donations are tax deductible and we are happy to provide a donation receipt upon request.
